Framery One Troubleshooting

Issue Cause Solution
Power issues
No electricity in the pod. Pod power cord is connected to a faulty power outlet. Connect the pod power cord to another power outlet.
Pod power cord is not connected. Check that the pod power cord is connected to a power outlet.
Internal power cord connections are loose. Check the connections of the internal power cord.
Table
The electric height-adjustable table is stuck. Reset the table.
The table hand set is not connected to the spiral cord. Check that the cord of the hand set is connected to the spiral cord.
Loose connections in table control unit or power unit. Check the connections to the power unit and table control unit.
The spiral cord is damaged. Check the spiral cord.
The height-adjustable table does not move up high enough. Reset the table several times consecutively.
The electric height-adjustable table is askew. Mechanical problem. The table bracket needs to be changed. Contact Framery support for a replacement part.
Wiresless charger
The wireless charger does not work. The cord of the wireless charger is not connected to the 5V unit under the table. Check the connections to the 5V unit under the table.
The spiral cord is not connected to the 5V unit.
The spiral cord is not connected to the power unit. Check that the spiral cord is connected to the splitter cord and power unit.
Physical barrier Remove the phone covers and try charging your phone again.
Control panel
The control panel does not work. The CAN cord is not connected to the power unit or control panel. Check that the CAN cord is connected to the power unit and control panel.
The ceiling unit is faulty. The ceiling unit needs to be changed. Contact Framery support for a replacement part.
The control panel screen is locked. Installer setup is not completed. Complete the installer setup.
Pod activation is not done. Activate the pod.
Time zone is not automatically updated. Connectivity issue. Reboot the pod.
Fans and light
Fans and light do not switch on. The CAN cord is not connected to control hub. Check that the CAN cord is connected to the control hub.
The pod is short-circuited. Replace the ceiling light.
Light does not work. The connections are not connected to the control hub. Check the connections to the control hub.
Fans do not work. The connections are not connected to the control hub. Check the connections to the control hub .
The occupancy indicator lights do not work. The CAN cord is not connected to control hub. Check the connections to the control hub.
Other
The plastic trims do not fit properly The plastic trims are tight. Lubricate the plastic trim plugs.
The coat hook rotates The screw on the coat hook bracket is loose. Remove the coat hook and tighten the screw on the coat hook bracket.
The set screw on the coat hook is loose. Tighten the set screw on the coat hook.
The door handle is loose. The set screw on the door handle is not properly tightened. Tighten the set screw on the door handle.
The footrest is loose. The screw on the footrest is not properly tightened or has loosened. Tighten the screw on the footrest.
The footrest of the chair is loose. The screws on the footrest are not properly tightened or have loosened. Tighten the screws on the footrest.
