Issue Cause Solution
Sound insulation
Pod is leaking sound. A gap between back glasses. Push the back glasses together.
The seal between the frontside glasses and frames is too short. Stretch the old seal and reinstall it.
There is a gap under the door. If the seals have been cut too short, replace them.

Adjust the automatic door seal.

Pod is not standing straight. Straighten the pod.
The acoustic panel is folded under the roof cover panels. Check that the acoustic panels are straight.
Door
Door is difficult to close. The seals are installed on the wrong side of the front glasses. Remove the seals and install them on the inside of the pod.
The side frame seals and the floor or ceiling threshold seal overlap. Cut the side frame seal to the correct length.
No adjustment plate under the lower hinge. Install an adjustment plate under the lower hinge.
The automatic seal descends too early. Adjust the automatic door seal.
Pod is not standing straight. Straighten the pod.
Power issues
No electricity in the pod. Pod power cord not connected. Check that the pod power cord is connected to a power outlet.
Pod power cord is connected to a faulty power outlet. Connect the pod power cord to another power outlet.
One or more electrical connections are disconnected. Check that all electrical connections are secure.
ON/OFF switch of the power unitis in the "O" position. Turn the ON/OFF switch of the power unit in the "I" position.
Power outlet not working. Power outlet cord not is connected. Connect the power outlet cord..
Fans and light
Fans and light do not switch on. Faulty motion detector. See Diagnose a faulty motion detector. Contact Framery support for a replacement part.
The electrical connections were installed in the wrong order during installation and with the main power cord connected. Disconnect the power cord and reconnect it.
One or more connections to the control unit are disconnected. Check that all the connections to the control unit are secure.
One or more electrical connections (power column, roof, under the sofa) are disconnected. Check that all the electrical connections are secure.
The converter that supplies power to the control unit is broken. Contact Framery support for a replacement part.
Light not working. Light cord not connected to control unit. Check that the light cords are connected to the control unit.
Light's connections are loose. Check that all the electrical connections are secure
DC cords are disconnected. Connect the DC cords.
Fans not working. Fan cord not connected to control unit. Check that the fan cords are connected to the control unit.
Fan module's connections are loose. Check that all the electrical connections are secure
DC cords are disconnected. Connect the DC cords
One or more fans are at maximum level all the time. DC cord of the fan is broken. Contact Framery support for a replacement part.
Noisy fans. Fan blades are obstructed. Check that fan blades can move freely.
Fan speed set to 100%. Reduce the fan speed
The pod is improperly positioned. If possible, move the pod.
Air inside the pod is not fresh. The ventilation channels are dirty. Clean the ventilation channels.
The fans do not work. Check that the electrical connections of the fan modules are secure.
Check that the fan cords are connected to the control unit.
The setting on the control unit for the fan speed and light is not optimal. Adjust the settings from the control unit.
