Install the front half of the floor

  1. Stand two corner pieces on their ends.
    Note: Support the pieces at all times.
  2. Press wooden pins (12 pcs) into the corner pieces.
  3. Press the floor board onto the wooden pins.
    Note: Make sure that the narrow end of the floor board is at the open end of the front half of the floor.
  4. Install 5x30 screws (16 pcs).
    Note: Do not install screws in the middle of the floor module, where the doorway is.
    Note: Install the screws from the ends of the floor module towards the middle. Make sure that the pins are in place.
    Note: Make sure that the screw heads are level with the floor or deeper.
  5. Lay down the front half of the floor.
  6. Install guide pins (4 pcs) to the installation holes.
    There are two guide pins for each floor corner piece.
