Install the back half of the floor

Press wooden pins (4 pcs) into the holes in the back I-beam.

Stand two corner pieces on their wide ends.
Note: Support both corner pieces at all times. Make sure that the black side of the I-beam is upwards.

Join the wooden pins into the holes in the corner pieces.

Press wooden pins (14 pcs) into the corner pieces and the I-beam.

Press the floor board onto the wooden pins.
Note: Make sure that the narrow end of the floor board is at the open end of the back half of the floor.

Install 5x30 screws (18 pcs).
Note: Install the screws from the ends of the floor module towards the middle. Make sure that the pins are in place.Note: Make sure that the screw heads are level with the floor or deeper.
- Lay down the back half of the floor.

Install guide pins (4 pcs) to the installation holes.
There are two guide pins for each floor corner piece.

Pull the main power cord and one or two customer
supplied LAN cords through the hole in the back half of the floor.
Note: If you intend to install the power cord from the roof, leave it aside.Note: Make sure that there is at least 3.8 m (12 ft 5 5/8 in) of the main power cord inside the pod. You can pull the excess cord back outside the pod after the installation.
- Position the back half of the floor at the intended final location.
